Is There Parking at WOW Kids Playground?
There is NO ONSITE PARKING available at WOW Kids Playground. The playground is situated in an older boutique building in the Polk District without on-site parking. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted at WOW Kids Playground?
We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks unless pre-approval by management.
Is The Playground ADA Accessible?
Our play structures are designed with transfer steps, transfer platforms, elevated ramps and handrails to accommodate ADA Playground Accessibility guidelines.
Does WOW Have Wheelchair and Stroller Access?
WOW Kids Playground does not provide wheelchairs or strollers, but the entrance from outside is ADA wheelchair and stroller accessible.
What Is Your Sick Child / Adult Policy?
WOW Kids Playground maintains a strict sick child/adult policy because sick children and adults will expose all others they come in contact with. Therefore, WOW Kids Playground reserves the right to deny entry or request you or your child to leave the facility if you or your child is visibly sick. For the health and well-being of our staff members and other patrons, please re-schedule your visit if you or your child experience any of the following: Cold Symptoms or Fever (over 100 degrees F), Diarrhea or Vomiting, Frequent Itching of Scalp, Body Lice, Rash, or Ring Worm.
How Do You Sanitize Your Facility?
We sanitize every attraction with eco-friendly products every day and have on-going sanitization during opening hours.
What Are Hours of Operations?
Sunday to Thursday: 10 am to 5 pm
Friday, Saturday, and Public Holidays: 10 am to 7 pm
Which Holidays Does WOW Observe for the Holiday Rate Schedule?
WOW observes the following federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veteran’s Day
- Thanksgiving Day (Closed)
- Christmas Day (Closed)
Many of these Holiday days above land on weekdays so please be aware those days will be charged Holiday general admission rates & Holiday birthday/event party rates. We reserve the right to include or exclude more holidays if necessary, but this is our current list.
How Old Do Kids Have to Be to Play at WOW?
Our playground is appropriate for kids once they can walk up to 17 years of age. Our structures are designed to hold adults so we encourage parents and children to play and have fun together.
What About In and Out Access?
Upon entry, you will be issued a wristband. Please keep wristband on during your duration of the playground visit. The wristband will allow in and out access for the SAME DAY only.
What Should the Kids Wear to Play?
All kids should wear comfortable clothing as that is the easiest for children to navigate through the playground. Longer pants are better than shorts so you don’t stick going down the fast slides.
What Type of Socks or Shoes Should be Worn?
For sanitary and safety reasons, rubber-bottom grip socks are required and shoes are not allowed in the playground area. Shoe storage bins are located at the entrance of the playground. For the safety of all children playing in the playground structures and toddler area, all guests including children and adults must have rubber-bottom grip socks (yoga socks).
We sell them for $3.00/pair at the front desk. Bringing your own grip sock may not be sufficient as it may not be specifically tailored for an indoor playground use as ours is, but you can inquire on the details with the front desk staff.
Can We Bring Food or Drinks into the Playground Area?
No. We ask all guests to refrain from eating and drinking in the playground, toddler areas and pretend-play room. Food and drinks pose sanitary and safety risks in the playground area.

Are Drop-Offs Allowed?
NO! All children must be supervised by parent(s), guardian(s) or caretaker(s). WOW Kids Playground is an unsupervised play facility.
What Security Measures Are in Place to Ensure that My Children Cannot Exit the Playground Without Their Parents or Guardians?
Upon entry, you are given a wrist band. We suggest each child’s wristband has the parent’s phone number for emergencies and identification. Unless you are attending a birthday party, no adults (ages 18+ years or older) are allowed entry without a child into our facility. We have an exit gate to prevent children from running out on their own. Children will only be allowed to leave the facility in the presence of a parent/guardian with a matching identifier.
Do I Need to Sign a Waiver?
Yes! WOW Kids Playground is a “Play At Your Own Risk” facility. All guests must read and sign a waiver before entry.
NO EXCEPTIONS! You may sign our waiver online or when you arrive at the playground. Signing a waiver online will save you time before you arrive so this will speed your check-in process to enter the playground. Scan the QR code to sign your waivers online.
