Your entry and use of the services and facilities are conditional upon your acceptance of our Assumption of Liability and Waiver Terms (“Waiver”). Please read these terms with care as they may affect your legal rights. Waiver is always available at any time for your reference on our website at: www.wowkidsplayground.com. Waivers must be signed before entry to the playground.
Each ticket admits one child and one adult, no entry without a ticket. Upon entry, each guest will be given a wristband. Wristbands must be worn in the playground until leaving. You may wish to write your telephone number on the child’s wristband for emergencies or identification.
To protect the health of WOW Kids Playground community, we ask families to please only come play with us on days that everyone is feeling well. Management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to anyone who appears to be unwell. Upon entry, all guests may be required to have temperature checked, hand sanitized and face masked. To protect our little VIP guests, we recommend masks for ages 13 and up.
Read posted park rules thoroughly. Follow all height/age restrictions and verbal instructions issued by staff. Read and explain all posted rules to your children prior to using our playground. Running and horseplay are prohibited throughout the playground. Spitting, rough play or any misconduct affecting the safety of and comfort of others attending the playground shall not be permitted. Glass containers, alcoholic beverages and selfie sticks are not permitted in the playground.
Movement on the playground attractions we recommend to wear long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion. We recommend comfortable clothing for maximum enjoyment. If you have long hair, put it up if possible or wear a band.
For hygiene and safety reasons, it is mandatory for all guests (children and adults) to wear GRIP SOCKS at all times within the playground. Barefoot and shoes are not allowed in playground area. Anti-slip (or grip) socks are best for all children. These socks are available for purchase at the front desk. Shoe racks are located at the entrance of the playground.
Any child guest (17 years or younger) will not be allowed entry through admission gate into the playground without an adult chaperone (18+ years old). Parents/Guardians are required to supervise their children/child guest at all times. Never leave your child/child guest unattended. We encourage parents/guardians to play with their children/child guest and have fun together.
To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and drinks are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED, except for baby formulas or medical purposes. No food or drinks are allowed in designated play areas.
WOWKids Playground strives to make our facility as clean and comfortable for all guests. We reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. Should you see any areas needing our attention, please inform our staff.
All strollers must be folded before putting into our designated storage area. Except for medical conditions, no strollers or travel systems are allowed in any of our play area.
Damages caused through bad, unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be regarded as vandalism and charges will be imposed depending on the damages. Let us enjoy each other’s company, make new friends and cherish happy moments.
In the event of any mishap or accidents, please report it to the nearest staff at sight so immediate assistance could be rendered. First aid kit and ice packs are available at the front desk.
Sunday – Thursday: 10am – 5pm
Friday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
WOW Kids Playground reserves the right to alter our operating hours, close attractions or revise playground rules whenever necessary and without prior notice. Periodically, WOW Kids Playground may have to close the entire or a portion of the playground. WOW Kids Playground will keep these closures to a minimum and provide closure notice as soon as possible. WOW Kids Playground is not obligated to compensate guests for any closures.
We do not recommend bringing any valuables to the playground. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
No pets allowed in the playground. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with disability are welcome.
Our goal is to safely accommodate the needs of all guests, including individuals with disabilities. Our play structures are designed with transfer steps, transfer platforms, elevated ramps and handrails to accommodate ADA Playground Accessibility.
